I use a combination of evidence-based approaches, including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) CBT helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours are connected. It supports you to identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, low mood, and other challenges, so you can feel more in control and confident in daily life. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) ACT helps you face difficult thoughts and feelings without being held back by them. It supports you to focus on what truly matters, make choices aligned with your values, and build resilience to move forward with confidence. Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) CFT helps you develop greater self-compassion and emotional resilience. It encourages you to cultivate and enhance wisdom, courage, and commitment in how you relate to yourself and others, supporting emotional regulation, self-acceptance, and healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges.
